For technical questions, please use Stack Overflow, and tag your questions using either hololens or windows-mixed-reality.
If you want to join in discussions, please do so in the HoloDevelopers Slack, which you can join by going to https://aka.ms/holodevelopers, or in our Microsoft Tech Communities forums at https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/mixed-reality/ct-p/MicrosoftMixedReality.
And always feel free to hit us up on Twitter @MxdRealityDev.
Where are 4 microphones placed?
Also, can we access to each audio streams from our application?
Thanks.

In Joe Kelly's presentation on Audio for HoloLens he mentions the 4 microphones and describes one set of two that are targeted to pick up voice (pointing at the wearer's mouth) and two that pick up sounds from the environment. If you look at the front lens of the device there are four very small pin holes in the lens off to the sides of the two top pairs of cameras, two holes are slightly above the outside edge of the cameras and two holes are slightly below. Based on Joes talk it sounds like the two environment mics are the ones located just above and off to the outer side each pair of top cameras.
Joe also mentions that developers can access the environment microphones separately from the voice set and do some very cool stuff.
If you are working on or just interested in Audio for HoloLens, I highly recommend you check out his entire talk, it is one of the many valuable live streamed talks that we have archived on the WinHUGR YT Channel.

Google "Hololens Teardown." The verge has done a bunch of videos on the lens hardware.
