Store Not Available On Hololens

There is no Micrsoft Store shown anywhere on the Hololens. I need it to install some apps.
The Store is listed on the Apps in Device Portal. But when I try to Start it, the browser displays the following message:
"Failed to start package Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App"
Is there anyway to reinstall the Store app? My only other option is to reset the entire Device, which I would rather avoid.

I think most people have no idea how it would be possible to uninstall the store app on a Windows 10 PC or on the HoloLens. It really seems like an OS level problem. Is there any possibility that you are running a Kiosk version of HoloLens? That might have the ability to hide the store. Otherwise, totally stumped and suggest a reset.

Yeah I performed a factory reset, that fixed the issue. Not sure what the cause if it was though.
