Microsoft Holographic 6/21/2006 12:00:00 AM - 10.0.17105.1000
I'm a bit concerned about installing this "update" when it says June 2006 and it wasn't there Feb 22 2018. Anyone else get this, is it an actual upgrade? Any idea what it changes?

https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/release_notes shows 10.0.16299.15 as the latest version, so I'd think 10.0.17105.1000 should be newer.
May be Microsoft did some mistake while fetching date . But these are latest update Ive just installed .No any official information abt change log
I actually read a post about this 2006 date, and why windows delivers drivers with that date. It has to do with how a computer decides what the latest driver is. Windows delivers drivers with this date so that if a manufacturer delivers one that is custom, the windows one wont override it. I'll try and find the post again. It was super interesting, but also not something to be concerned about when you see it.
Here is the blog post that talks about it - https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/oldnewthing/20170208-00/?p=95395
