HoloToolkit - Spatial Mapping Renderer for Occlusion Pink Scene

Hi there --

I'm in development of my app and realized I forgot about Occlusion of my holograms by realworld objects. I found in the holotoolkit the script "Spatial Mapping Renderer" that appears to add occlusion to my objects. It works - but when I apply this script to my object my entire scene gets painted "pink". Any ideas why this would be?

@runamuck this fix got checked into the main HoloToolkit-Unity. In case you would like to pull a more latest version.
