Developing for Hololens from Europe

Hello,

we are a computer vision company from Europe. I have a client who is interested in outsourcing Hololens development us, and he would send one device for testing to Europe.

Would it be possible to develop Hololens software, and test it on the device here in Europe?

Would it be possible to update the Windows or any firmware on Hololens from Europe?

If it is of any significance, the device is shipped in Wave 2.

    I'm using one in Europe.
    No issues with developing, downloading from the store and applying the May updating or anything else.
