VS 2015 Update 3 issues?

Today I was working and at some point VS update 3 was forced onto me(IE everything that had been working fine and just stopped working). Since the update I can no longer attach VS to unity for debugging. And since that was the very thing I was doing when the update came down the pipe, I know it was working ahead of time. I have reinstalled the VS Unity Tools as well as deleted all files aside from Assets and Project Settings to allow unity to rebuild the project from scratch. This did not fix my issue.

Anyone have any other recommendations?

@subere23 Here is pictures, in Windows 10 Professional build 14371, of my updated Visual Studio 2015 Community Update 3 from update 2.
I made sure that the new Toolkit 1.4 was ticked and all Deprecated components were unticked, and therefore removed.

I have got here by Control Panel -> Uninstall or Change programs -> Click on Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 update 2, right Click -> Change.
When the main screen appears click "Modify", wait and the above picture appears. Hover over the "i" on top line for the VS Setup to check Update 3 is installed.

Make sure that the new Toolkit 1.4 and Window10 SDK (10.0.10586) and Windows 10 SDK (10.0.10240) was ticked and all Deprecated components were unticked, and therefore removed.

Finally Click the Update button, which requires you to be have Administrator Rights on your account. My update took just over 65 minutes, as I was still using the machine for Unity development.
When finished you have to click Restart Now, Restarts Windows 10, to complete the updates.
When restarted the HoloLens Tutorial 210 Gaze was Cleaned, Build and Deployed, and Started in Debug successfully with the latest HoloLens Emulator
