The HoloLens uses USB 2.0 for power while Kinect uses USB 3.0, so transfering data over USB is unlikely to work. Emerging Experiences MVP Jasper Brekelmans recently demoed hooking up two Vive headsets and a Kinect for interactions over wifi. This is probably going to be the right way to go to get Kinect and HoloLens communicating, too.

As James alludes to, there is no way to connect a Kinect directly to a HoloLens. If you are building an experience that is meant to be experienced in a particular fixed environment, you could definitely have a Kinect (and host PC) in that environment, and share data from the host PC to the HoloLens.
