Deploy failed - After Updating VS 2015 Community Update 3 with latest fixes
DEP6100 : The following unexpected error occurred during bootstrapping stage 'Connecting to the device XX.X.X.XXX.':
DllNotFoundException - Unable to load DLL 'SirepClient.dll': The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007007E)
After updating VS 2015 Community Edition Update 3 wit the latest VS updates that came on the VS message that was posted on 8/2/2016, I get this error while deploying any app to the hololens device. Any help is highly appreciated.

Finally I got this fixed after a long 3 days of effort. The below link will provide a way to solve this. But when you follow this, it leads to another issue, which in turn to another....and another...etc it took almost 3 days with many number of attempts to solve this. Reimaging the laptop should be a much easier solution, if you can afford to do it.

The updates that was done before this issue are vs14-kb3165756 and vstu2015.msi. I hope this might help.
Just installed VS2015 Update 3 and want to start learning Windows IoT for Raspberry Pi3. I'm getting the same error:

Thanks @paul for the post. I am still having this trouble and it is a Category 1 show stopper issue. With this issue, can't do any more work with hololens. Hope we will get some solution on this issue ASAP.
