After reading up on this last night, it seems it is possible to get HoloLens + Unity to export a WorldAnchor representing where in the world HoloLens thinks it is, such that other HoloLenses can synchronize with that absolute position in world space. So I may be able to simply have them all pick the Kinect as the anchor…
