I saw it, when we will be able to do it ourself? when the "creator" edition of Windows 10 will be available for the Hololens?
and what is required to create a web site supporting 3d objects like the Houzz site?

The Paint 3D will be available to Windows 10 Insider in December 2016, or earlier for testing
Final full release about July 2017.
Amazingly Kinect 2 is already supported for 3D scanning, with YouTube videos on how to do this

So I expect for HoloLens sometime after the official full release about July 2017, but then its really up to the HoloLens team

@Jerome UPDATE: Paint 3D beta preview available now to Windows 10 Insiders (minimum build 14901 currently 14955) NOT Anniversary(14393)
    Get Started Paint3d Preview

Basically you build you model, or import your model, and export as format for the 3D Viewer.

For HoloLens device you use the 3D Viewer Beta Update

Further investigation of this shows the need to create the app, which was shown in the Creators Edition demo.

This is already available for Apple iOS version 9 and Android Samsung Galaxy and Gear VR. The HoloLens article describes how Houzz website is used.

The IPad app which will show the AR is here

The Houzz app Instructions SHOW how Augmented Reality works

In SUMMARY you need to build and APP for HoloLens not a website.

The Houzz Apps are available from here
including the Windows store PC version

How to build a website is probably a question for another Website conference

Clearly Houzz have already created the code as its been shown in the demo

The 3D models for download are available here

and Houzz own 3D Project models

There is a small cost for each 3D model.
