I have the Dell Visor and it has been gathering dust for a year waiting for me to get a computer with a more powerful video card (works on my old computer but very slow and lots of problems). Got my new computer grabbed my headset and black screen. Tested it on the computer it worked on and it still has a black screen.

So, where are we at this point? Waiting for a new windows update? Both computers have integrated and discrete.

It was only about two months of where WMR didn't work due to a bug in their code with notebooks and all of that was over a year ago. I haven't had a display issue since(in fact, recent builds have really pushed the quality up).

What version of windows are you running with now? Are you running the latest drivers for both your integrated and discrete graphics?
