Lenovo Explorer low FPS

Hi there,

I'm using the Lenovo Explorer headset and trying to connect it to my PC.
Previously I tested it with my laptop and it worked just fine and smooth (i3 6006U / GeForce 940MX / 6Gb RAM).

But when I plug it into my PC, it works veeeery slow, even on start screen (Windows 10 logo) during the launch process of the Mixed Reality Portal.

PC configuration:

CPU: AMD FX 8350
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 (rev 4.0)
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon R9 280X Dual-X
Bluetooth: ASUS USB BT400

So according to requirements check, the system is almost fully compatible with WMR: I have yellow marks only on GPU and its drivers, which are the latest of course. Other items are green.

What I see inside the headset: when I turn my head in any direction, I see something like a slide-show, but it doesn't looks like normal FPS drops (when you see something like a black tunnel), it looks like very slow display refresh rate or something.
It feels like 5 or 6 FPS.

Like on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6t99xvu2wI
In my case it's very close to the 7.5FPS sector.

The funny thing is that there are some moments where it works smooth and good!
I saw it only twice and all the time it was during the initialization process when you see the purple floor. So I was able to use the headset for 20 or 30 seconds in "normal mode".
I've noticed that the "normal mode" is somehow related to the situation when I turn the controllers off and on (but for now I can't reproduce it).

After the configuration process it switches back to the "slow mode" and becomes useless again.

I see no CPU consuming processes in the task manager, only Windows Driver Foundation, which takes about 3-4% of CPU time. The same picture for HDD.

My PC is able to run Unreal Engine 4 games on Ultra settings without any problems, but it can't run Cliff House even on low settings (I tried to adjust it).

So I'm wondering, what is the problem and how to solve it?

Thank you,
Jacob
