Launching a MixedReality immersive headset app opens and stays stuck , can someone solve my issue?
Can someone suggest me how to launch a Mixed Reality App for immersive devices(Acer , HP) from APPX App package which i also successfully installed but when launching just opens with the app scene and stays stuck showing Development build on bottom left , not an insider, but built the package from another PC which is a Insider!!. what would be the issue , is there any guidelines?

OptionsJesse_McCulloch adminSo, In Unity, can you check the build settings popup and tell me what SDK is targeted there? If Latest Installed is targeted, can you click the drop down and tell me what the highest version is?5

So, right now you are developing against a higher SDK than is running on the other computer. Your Mixed Reality App is developed against and likely calling API's that are available in 16257, however the Creators Update OS you are trying to run on is 15063. It doesn't matter than you have the higher SDK installed, as it's the OS that holds the API's that are being called. So you can retarget your unity build to 15063 and test that out, it should install fine on the non-insider PC. Otherwise you will need to wait until the Fall Creators Update releases on Oct. 17th for those API's to be available in the Non-Insider OS.

Can you provide any screenshots of what you are seeing?
I have attached the screenshots in the document below, and the thing is I can install the appx but when launching it just opens and stays stuck !!.
My app was developed in Unity 2017.b 10 , creators update , insider preview and when launching in the same system it opens and works fine but when copying the app package in another system(not an insider preview) and installing is successful but when launched it opens and the scene stays stuck (shows Development build in bottom right of the screen )!. is there any steps or guidelines needed for not insider preview system, both systems are i7, 16GB RAM, GTX1060, and mixed reality portal with developer mode On!!.
Hi Jesse, thanks for the replies and my Unity Build Settings -> SDK targeted to Latest Installed and highest version it shows was 10.0.16257.0 in the system where i built the app package and installing and running successfully , and the other system where i can install app from app package, but when launching scene go stuck and in that system I checked for Unity build setting SDK-> higher version was 10.0.16278.0!!.
I have one more doubt , can't we install and launch the App package for Immersive devices in ( Not Insider preview)system ?
