Problem with device detection and Asmedia USB 3.0 driver

Hi,
I recently got an Acer AH101 headset, and with the default Microsoft Asmedia driver the headset is not detected. But with the latest Asmedia driver the headset is detected but cannot be used (error 2181038087-12 , invalid driver, as expected).

Screenshots of Device Manager and WMR app with the 2 drivers : https://imgur.com/a/33XY2
(sorry for screens in french)

The default driver USBXHCI.SYS version 10.0.16299.125
My motherboard is a MSI 970A-G46

Any idea on the problem and how to fix it ?
